Agroindustrial Engineering
The Agroindustrial Engineering Program is part of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and the University of Cauca, and was created by Agreement No 040 of November 2, 1995, issued by the Supreme Council.
The Agroindustrial Engineering Program aims to benefit, preserve, process, and marketing of bio-based raw materials, with applications in food and non-food in a sustainable frame and in harmony with the environment. Supported by Basic Science and Mathematics to understand and manage scientifically based physical,chemical, and biological phenomena involved in Basic Sciences Engineering and applied engineering, such as design, implementation, and agroindustrial process control, design equipment, quality control and marketing of raw materials and products, providing a comprehensive view of the supply chain.

Schedule: Day classes.
Modality: The classes are held in a classroom setting.
Duration: Ten (10) semesters.
