Unicauca programs window grades for the month of August

The General Secretariat of the University of Cauca, within the framework of the Rectoral Resolution 0331 of 2020, presents the schedule and the requirements for the degrees through the window.

 

Through Rectoral Resolution 0331 of 2020, the procedure is established to grant professional undergraduate and postgraduate degrees to students from all the faculties of the University of Cauca who meet the requirements of law to apply for the degree through the degree modality by window at the dates programmed by the Institution through the General Secretariat.

 

This way, the General Secretariat of the University of Cauca presents the schedule and degree requirements for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

 

Schedule

Likewise, all documents must be sent on the dates established through SERVIENTREGA to the General Secretariat of the University of Cauca, located at “calle 5 Nº 4 – 70”, second floor

 

Documents

 

Degree and Peace and Salvos Request Form PE-GE-2-1.2-FOR-1 Version 6 fill out only the front of the computer or a black ink pen, legible without amendments and without corrector.

 

Paz y salvos

 

Applicants close to graduation must request their faculty to study their resume for the expedition of the “Paz y Salvo Académico” and undergraduates must attach proof of the PRO tests (ECAES), as long as they have completed subjects from the October 14, 2009.

The ICFES registration number is mandatory for all graduates (undergraduate and graduate). Graduate graduates do not require ECAES registration and therefore should not record it on the form.

 

One (1) photocopy enlarged to 150% of the identity document, legible and on both sides. Whoever has a password, because the identity document is being processed or in duplicate, must also present an enlarged photocopy.

 

One (1) recent photograph of 3x4 cm. A color, blue background, must be pasted in the box indicated in the Degree Request form. Scanned or outdated photos are not accepted.

 

Proof of Payment for Degree Rights: The Receipt must be requested in each Faculty or in any dependency of the University of Cauca that has the SQUID collection application, cancel it and paste it from the top two ends on a letter size sheet in position horizontally centered, allowing verification of payment.

 

Diploma in parchment: For its elaboration see only the official list of calligraphers published in the General Secretary billboard or on the website of the University of Cauca.

Student card: This card is not returned, in case of having lost it, it must only be signed in the indicated space.

 

Important note: The student who submits fraudulent information will not be able to access the professional title and the pertinent actions will be initiated against her.
