The Academic Council of the University of Cauca established until June 19, 2020 the period for

those who have suspended their studies to the different undergraduate programs. They may request their re-entry for the first academic period of 2020.

The Academic Council of the University of Cauca through Agreement 032 of June 3, 2020 establishes an additional period to submit applications for re-entry to the I academic period of 2020. Currently, the Alma mater “caucana” is analyzing and building academic and administrative strategies from which the first academic period of 2020 would begin. Consequently, this collegiate body considers it necessary to establish an additional period so that the students assigned to the different undergraduate programs who, of their own free will or institutional decisions, have suspended their studies and have not lost the right to continue, submit your re-entry requests in accordance with the criteria established in Agreement 003 of 2004.

This way, the Academic Agreement establishes that, until June 19, 2020, those who have suspended their studies in the different undergraduate programs of the Universidad del Cauca, may request their re-entry for the I academic period of 2020; regardless of the date established for the start of the same.

The provisions of Article 2 of Agreement 003 of 2004 will not apply to this term, since the opening date of the first academic period of 2020 has not been determined and applications for re-entry must be submitted in the format defined for it by the LVMEN program and sent to the institutional mail of the corresponding faculty in which the program to which you intend to re-enter is attached.

The re-entry applications will be analyzed by the respective program coordinator and the students must be in peace, except for all concepts of the Library Division, the Admissions Division, Academic Control and Registration, Integral Health, and the Division of Recreation and Sport Management. Exceptionally, taking care of the situations derived from the health emergency, the procedure for obtaining this peace and safe will be carried out by the respective Faculty through the institutional mail of each department.
