Professor César Collazos, coordinator of the Research and Development Group in IDIS Software Engineering, Department of Systems, Faculty of Electronic Engineering and Telecommunications of the University of Cauca, has been invited to be an associate editor of a special issue of the Magazine SENSORS, one of the most prestigious international magazines on issues related to sensor technology use and biosensors.
 

This special issue called 'Sensors Applied in Multimodal Systems' is dedicated to topics related to using technology in rehabilitation processes, which IDIS group interest.
 

Together with Professor Collazos, in the special edition mentioned, will also participate as editors Habib Fardoun, King Abdulziz University - Saudi Arabia; Sergio Albiol, from the University of Zaragoza - Spain; And Mónica Huerta, from the Salesian Polytechnic University, Cuenca - Ecuador.
 

"This invitation reflects the quality of the work that has been carried out within the IDIS group on Human - Computer Interaction topics," said the engineer.
 

It should be noted that the magazine SENSORS is currently in the A1 classification of COLCIENCIAS, and indexed in the best databases worldwide.
