A Doctorate in Ethnobiology and Biocultural Studies of Unicauca participated in an international event.

A group of students and professors of the PhD in Ethnobiology and Biocultural Studies of the University of Cauca (Cohort I 2017), participated this week in the International Meeting 'Minga for Peace, Good Living and Nonviolence', activity that took place in Pasto from June 19th to the 23rd of 2017.

 

The doctorate mentioned the "Territories, Cultures and Natures from a Biocultural Perspective", through two work days, in which the students articulated their research, while the professors presented their perspectives and analysis.

 

The activities were inaugurated by Dr. Enrique Leff and Maestro Hugo Blanco. Participants were Leidy Marcela Bravo, Maria Teresa Cabrera, Marta Elena Montaño, Ernesto Hernández Bernal, Yohana Orjuela, Yordy Werley Polindara Moncayo, Hugo Portela, Bernardo Javier Tobar and Olga Lucia Sanabria Diago.
