Escuela Normal Superior of Popayán opens an interactive classroom.
The space is part of a study on teaching and learning project that lead Unicauca through the Centre for Continuing, Open and Virtual Education (CECAV).
As part of an agreement between the University of Cauca and Anditel, an Interactive Classroom was opened on Thursday September 19, 2013 at 11:00 am, at the Escuela Normal Superior of Popayan.
This space has the latest technology, providing students and professors with elements such as: a fully interactive board, classmate computers for the student, computer equipment for teachers and a repository for digital content for different areas of learning.
"This initiative is part of an agreement between the University of Cauca, the company Anditel and the Escuela Normal Superior, in order to do a pilot test to evaluate the impact that generates interactive classroom for teaching and learning in elementary and secondary education", said the professor of the University of Cauca, Ulises Hernandez.
“it will monitor the activities to identify the benefits, the possibilities and the difficulties when using these tools” added professor Hernandez.
Researchers from the University of Cauca led by Professor Ulises Hernández will conduct this study. This project will be carried through the Continuing Open and Virtual Education Center (CECAV) of the University of Cauca.
