Route 2027 Keeps Moving! Now It's the Faculty's Turn to Help Strengthen Our Quality
With the conclusion of the Accreditation Bus pedagogical sessions, a new crucial phase of Route 2027 begins: the active participation of the faculty through the completion of the institutional reaccreditation survey. Professors, your voice is essential to strengthen our processes of evaluation and continuous improvement! Read the full article and complete the survey—your opinion truly makes a difference.
For more than a month, the Accreditation Bus toured the different faculties and administrative departments of the University of Cauca, carrying a clear message: educational quality is a collective commitment! Through participatory activities, students, professors, and administrative staff reflected on the pillars that support our recognition as a university accredited for high quality.

"I think the pedagogical session is very cool because it motivates the university community to participate and to take ownership of the various elements that make institutional accreditation possible," said Andrea Calderón, professor of the Social Communication program at our university.
Meanwhile, the Vice-Rector for Culture and Well-Being, Magister Pedro Aníbal Yanza, emphasized the importance of this process as an opportunity to reflect on our educational services, allowing us to guarantee the university community an education of high standards that continues to transform lives.
After visiting all the stations and sharing many learnings, we now call upon our professors to take one key action: complete the institutional survey by clicking [here] or by scanning the QR code included in the graphic. Thus, from the Center for Quality Management and Institutional Accreditation, we extend this invitation with the conviction that every contribution builds, every perspective enriches, and every member of the Unicauca community is essential in this shared journey. Working for quality education does not end in the classroom; it also grows through participation, active listening, and commitment to a university that educates, transforms, and projects toward the future.

Although the pedagogical sessions have concluded successfully at the central campus in Popayán, the journey is far from over. Therefore, we reiterate the invitation to all professors to continue participating enthusiastically in this path toward institutional reaccreditation. Maintaining high-quality accreditation means much more than ensuring effective academic processes; it means recognizing that our actions leave a mark. As professors, we impact not only through what we teach but through the motivation we inspire, the possibilities we open, and the horizons we help students reach. Let’s keep building, with commitment and vocation, a (nearly bicentennial) University that transforms lives and turns dreams into reality.
