Entry Information

Each graduate will receive three invitation cards, including their own. The invitations will be available for collection on Thursday, March 27, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (non-stop schedule) at Calle 5 # 4 – 70, Single Window – University of Cauca (First Floor).

Important Notes:

Invitations will be handed out only to the graduate, who must present their ID.

If someone else is authorized to collect the invitations on behalf of the graduate, they must present a copy of the authorization document.

Graduates and their guests must arrive in advance as the ceremony will begin exactly at the scheduled time.

Once the doors are closed, neither the graduate nor guests will be allowed entry to the Paraninfo.

The University of Cauca appreciates your cooperation in ensuring punctuality and adherence to the schedule, contributing to the order, solemnity, and grandeur of the ceremony.
