Members of the Robotics Seminary will participate in the categories of Robot Football, RC Minisumo, Pursuit, and Speedsters during the event, which will take place in Bogotá from April 24 to 26.

A group of 19 students from the Departments of Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Automation Engineering, and Physical Engineering, along with 2 faculty members from the Department of Electronics, Instrumentation, and Control, will represent the University of Cauca at the X International Robotics Megatournament RUNIBOT 2024. The event will take place at the Universidad El Bosque (Bogotá) from April 24 to 26, 2024.

The students and faculty are part of the Robotics Seminary, and for this event, they will present their projects in the categories of Robot Football, RC Minisumo, Pursuit, and Speedsters.

In this way, the Robotics Seminay is driving the development of competitive robotic prototypes and promoting robotics competitions within our University with great enthusiasm. All this work has contributed to establishing a strong presence for the University of Cauca in the field of educational and competitive robotics.

The Robotics Seminary has been participating in national and international competitions since 2018, where it has achieved significant accomplishments. This has enhanced the various skills of the students involved in the Seminary, allowing them to expand their knowledge in electronics, programming, and robotics—topics aligned with the training of students in the different engineering programs at the University of Cauca.
