The Agro-Industrial Technology Program belongs to the Faculty of agricultural sciences of the University of Cauca.  The program was created by agreement No. 042 issued by the Superior Council.  This academic program focuses on training professionals with technical and humanistic qualities.  The program prepares the students not only to understand the social and technological reality of the agro-industrial sector but also to play an ethical and leading role in agricultural projects.

The program is offered in the following municipalities: Santander de Quilichao, Miranda, Bolivar, Piendamo (Tunia) and Popayan (offered only to high school graduates from the rural sector).

 

Degree Title: Technologist in Agro-Industry

Schedule: Day classes.

Modality: The classes are held in a classroom setting. 

Duration: Seven (7) semesters.

Admission: Annual.
