The International Workshop on Adaptive, Compressive and Computational Imaging (WACCI 2024), held from November 26 to 28, 2024, in Montevideo, Uruguay, was a landmark event in the field of computational and adaptive imaging.

The Environmental Molecular Biology and Cancer (BIMAC) Research Group seeks to deepen knowledge in molecular biology, studying the interactions between the environment and cancer. Additionally, it aims to explore the fundamental laws governing life (microorganisms, plants, animals, and humans) through genomic, metagenomic, proteomic, and multifractal genomic approaches.
