Unicauca will present its portfolio of technologies, a research strategy that articulates various sectors

The event that will take place on Tuesday, March 22 in the maximum classroom of the Faculty of Accounting, Economic and Administrative Sciences, will have the participation of businessmen and researchers from the University of Cauca.

The Vice-Rectory for Research of the University of Cauca through the Division of Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Articulation with the Environment DAE will present this Tuesday, March 22, the portfolio of technologies, a strategy that aims to support research groups in the articulation with different communities.

The document that includes 28 technologies will be presented in the maximum classroom of the Faculty of Accounting, Economic and Administrative Sciences, where representatives of companies from the region and inventors will participate, who will make their technologies available to solve needs, as well as an international guest Doctor Alvaro Ossa Daruich.

The initiative is part of the strategies led by the DAE to support research groups in coordination with different sectors, in order to carry out transfer processes of their research results.

The technology portfolio is a tool that will make it possible to publicize a number of technologies at the national and international level in sectors such as: agriculture; animal feeding; functional food; environmental; biodegradable; cosmetics; technologies for education; energy; civil engineering and health, and where the capabilities of researchers are also made visible and recognized, who with their work will continue to impact the department, the region and the country.
