Between August 13 and October 9, 2020, applications are received via email and receipts are issued for payment of registration fees.

Taking into account the prevention measures adopted by the University of Cauca due to the declaration of Economic, Social and Ecological Emergency decreed at the National level, the amnesty calendar had to be suspended to grant the right to continue studies in the Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs. But since it is necessary to resume the process, through Academic Agreement 042 of 2020 it is resumed and prolonged, with the aim of providing attention to those applicants who were unable to submit their application or who due to the circumstances that arise worldwide, the Division of Admissions, Registration and Academic Control was unable to carry out the study of the resume.

To apply for the amnesty benefit, the applicant must take into account the provisions of Agreements Superior 090 of 2019 and Academic Agreement 008 of 2020 for Postgraduate and Undergraduate Agreement Superior 083 of 2019 modified by Agreement 012 of 2020 and Academic Agreement 010 of 2020 modified by Agreement 041 of 2020.

The request is made through the format established for each academic level, duly completed; which must be sent to the email amnistia@unicauca.edu.co, attaching the required documents.

Therefore, between August 13 to October 9, 2020, applications are received via email and receipts are issued for payment of registration fees; between September 21 and October 9, 2020, the study of resumes (requirements analysis) will be carried out; the submission of documents and study by the Coordinators of each Academic Program will take place from October 13 to November 20, 2020; the decision and issuance of Resolution by the Faculty Council, between November 23 and December 4, 2020 and ends with the activation in the SIMCA system for admitted that is scheduled from December 9 to 23, 2020.
