Given the preventive measures adopted at the University of Cauca by COVID 19, there will be a degree option through the window approved by Governing Resolution226 of 2020.

With the suspension of massive activities in the facilities of the University of Cauca, as a preventive measure by COVID 19, the degree modality through the window is adapted to grant the professional title in the undergraduate and postgraduate programs at the Alma Mater de the “caucans”.

Pursuant to Resolution 226 of 2020, the General Secretary of the University of Cauca is authorized to establish the dates of peace and safety in the university dependencies and the dates and times of reception of the documents for degree through the window.

Once the documents have been reviewed and the entire procedure leading to the granting of the title by the University has been advanced, the parchment diploma and the degree certificate will be sent individually, through the Document Management Area of ​​the University of Cauca, via Certified mail to the address that the graduate has reported in the format available for this purpose.

It is noteworthy that the mailing of the original diploma and parchment diploma will be made from the business day following the degree date. In the same way, it is defined that the pecuniary rights of the degree by window, will have the same cost of the collective ceremonies of degree:

Undergraduate $ 351,000

Postgraduate $ 702,000

Private degree ceremonies will continue to take place at the graduation's request.
