Professor César Alberto Collazos participates in the International Congress on Science Education and Technology
The teacher assigned to the Faculty of Electronic Engineering and Telecommunications of the University of Cauca presented a conference called "Collaborative work through the use of ICTs", within the framework of the event held in Arequipa (Peru).
The professor of the Systems department of the Faculty of Electronic Engineering and Telecommunications of the University of Cauca César Alberto Collazos is a lecturer at the International Congress on Education and Technology in Sciences, an event that takes place from December 10 to 12 at the Catholic University of Santa María in Arequipa (Peru).
“I participate by giving a talk on Collaborative Learning and a workshop on Computer-Human Interaction. We are also presenting the HCI-Collab Network of which we are, as Universidad del Cauca, coordinators. In addition, we are accompanying the VI Ibero-American Conference on Human Computer Interaction in Arequipa, which is scheduled for the last week of May 2020, ”said the professor and Coordinator of the IDIS Research Group.
It should be noted that version number IV of the Ibero-American Conference on Computer Human Interaction was held at the University of Cauca in April 2018 in an event that developed through specialized thematic round tables such as Emotional Interfaces, HCI and Videogames, Thought Computational, Collaborative Systems, Software Engineering and ICT in Education.
The HCI-Collab Network works on issues related to the insertion of the technological element in real situations and, above all, to improve the quality of life through the implementation of appropriate applications, relevant according to the user's needs.
The International Congress on Education and Technology in Sciences arises from a prospective vision on scientific and technological development, valuing the development possibilities that we can find in the classrooms of the different educational levels.
