Law Students North Headquarters win International Research Contest
The winning paper “The contributions of the Kelsenian theory in the model of constitutional control in Colombia”, of the students that make up the “De Facto” Research Group will be published in 2020 in an international circulation book.
The Constitutional Procedural Law study group of the University of Cauca North Headquarters in Santander de Quilichao, articulated to the “De Facto” Research Group, won the first edition of the International Research Contest that was held within the framework of the II International Congress of Constitutional Procedural Law in the city of Bogotá DC
The group is led by professors William Felipe Hurtado Quintero and Jainer Enrique García Gómez and consists of students Valentina Villaquirán, Andrés Felipe Valencia, Ana María Escobar, Andrés Felipe Valencia, Ana María Nieves, Dayana Martínez, Nicole Fernanda Unás, Dayanna Lemos and Vanessa González.
The contest that took place on October 23, 24 and 25, 2019, is organized by the Colombian Association of Constitutional Justice ACJC and the World Association of Constitutional Justice AMJC and was a competition that grouped knowledge tests, writing skills and oral support about the life and work of Austrian jurist Hans Kelsen.
