Outstanding participation of Unicauca in the XI Colombian Congress of Botany
During the event that took place from November 4 to 10, 2022 in Villavicencio, Meta, students and teachers from the Faculty of Agrarian Sciences, PhD in Ethnobiology and Biocultural Studies, GELA-VRI Latin American Ethnobotanical Group and Biology and Anthropology programs participated. .
Students and Professors of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences of the University of Cauca participated in the XI Colombian Congress of Botany with research proposals, presentation of posters and the pre-congress course "Evaluation of Physiological Quality of Seeds", taught by Professor Kiliany Arcia Moreno .
The professors of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences Alex Enrique Ordoñez; Juan Carlos Villalva and Kiliany Arcia Moreno, participated together with the Forest Engineering students who shared their research work in a poster presentation mode:

It is worth noting the academic community of the Faculty of Agrarian Sciences participated in the event that took place from November 4 to 10 in Villavicencio, Meta together with the members of the Doctorate in Ethnobiology and Biocultural Studies, the GELA-VRI Latin American Ethnobotanical Group and the Biology and Anthropology programs.
Students and Teachers from Unicauca featured during the XI Colombian Botanical Congress
The Assembly of the Colombian Botanical Association granted the venue of the next congress to the University of Cauca for 2024 in its XII version in this event that is considered as a meeting place between members of the scientific community, students and those interested in the advances, updated discussions, perspectives and prospects of Botany.
