Business Administration students share their research proposals
The courtyard of the Faculty of Accounting, Economics, and Administrative Sciences served as the stage for aspiring administrators to showcase their development of research competencies, contextualize business-related challenges, and enhance their communication skills.
The Business Administration program, with the support of the CECAV (Center for Open and Virtual Continuing Education) at the University of Cauca, organized the 5th Research Learning Outcomes Meeting in a poster session format. The event aimed to disseminate research proposals and findings, showcasing the educational process of the courses Research Methodology I and Research Methodology II.
Held on November 13 at the courtyard of the Faculty of Accounting, Economics, and Administrative Sciences, the event provided a platform for aspiring administrators to demonstrate their research competencies, contextualize business-related challenges, and improve their communication skills. Furthermore, it fostered learning by encouraging the exchange of knowledge, learning from other researchers and experts, and contributing to the advancement of research in the business field.
This initiative also highlights the importance of research training for Business Administrators by emphasizing the recognition and contextualization of problems while structuring pathways for decision-making based on objective information analysis.
In this fifth edition of the Meeting, the training outcomes were shared through various knowledge dissemination formats, including posters, videos, thematic exhibition rooms for the general public, and presentations to experts who provided feedback from the perspective of business administration.
The presented works and the results of initial research efforts, which explore ideas and address real-world challenges, are showcased on the event’s website and documented in its proceedings, accessible via the following link. https://sites.google.com/unicauca.edu.co/resultadosinvestigaciondca/inicio
